I believe effective care is both personal & collaborative.

I work with each client to design treatment plans that reflect their goals, values, and lifestyle. Grounded in empathy and evidence-based practices, my approach also integrates functional and holistic psychiatry—recognizing the important connections between mind, body, and environment.

My academic and research interests focus on how lifestyle, environmental exposures, and inflammation influence mental health. This perspective allows me to bring a deeper, integrative lens to my practice, helping clients find balance, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Your treatment plan will be personalized to you and may include a combination of therapy, medication management, regenerative medicine, and lifestyle support.

Frequently asked questions

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you—your medical history, your current concerns, and your goals for treatment. We’ll talk openly about your symptoms, daily life, and any previous mental health care you’ve received. By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of next steps and treatment options, so you feel informed and confident moving forward.

A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medications. A therapist focuses on talk therapy to help you process emotions, develop coping skills, and work through challenges. A psychiatric nurse practitioner—like me—can diagnose conditions, prescribe and manage medications, and also provide therapeutic support, combining the best of both worlds for a more holistic approach.
