What Services Are Available via Telehealth
Most psychiatric services at Sage are available via telehealth for patients in both Colorado and Montana, including:
- Psychiatric evaluations for new patients
- Medication management and follow-up appointments
- Anxiety treatment
- Depression treatment
- PTSD treatment
- OCD treatment
- ADHD evaluation and treatment for adults and adolescents
- Bipolar disorder management
- Perinatal and postpartum mental health
- Eating disorder treatment
Ketamine therapy is the one exception. It requires an in-person visit at our Colorado Springs office and is not available via telehealth in either state.
Who Telehealth Psychiatry Works Well For
Telehealth is a practical fit for a wide range of patients and situations.
Patients outside Colorado Springs who want access to a boutique, appointment-based practice rather than a high-volume telehealth platform. Geography should not determine whether you can see a provider who takes the time to know your case.
Patients in rural Colorado or Montana where local psychiatric care is limited or unavailable. Sage sees patients across both states, including areas where driving to an in-person appointment would mean a significant trip.
Military families stationed at Fort Carson, Peterson Space Force Base, or other installations in Colorado who may be approaching a PCS move. Establishing care before a relocation means your psychiatric care does not have to start over when your address changes. Sage accepts Tricare and works with active-duty personnel, veterans, and military family members.
Patients who travel or split time between Colorado and Montana. Because Sage is licensed in both states, your care continues uninterrupted regardless of which state you are in at the time of your appointment.
Patients managing demanding schedules who need psychiatric care that fits around work, family, and other responsibilities rather than requiring dedicated travel time.
